Will has spent over fifteen years shipping production systems — the last six leading AI and automation engineering across enterprise, ecommerce platforms, and cloud infrastructure.
He's built agents for retailers and for ecommerce platforms used by thousands of merchants — from custom architectures to battle-tested third-party tooling. His work spans the full stack: GPU infrastructure, LLM deployment, vector search, evaluation frameworks, and the agent orchestration that ties it all together.
He founded Agentix Consulting — and AwkTeams, a software factory where awks (agentic workers) build and test software and a person approves what ships — because the distance between "we tried ChatGPT" and "we have agentic workers running in our business" is exactly the gap most growing companies can't close on their own.
