Terms of use

The terms for using this website and, for people at agencies that work with us, rai.

Last updated 18 October 2026

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

Pomacs Consortium Pty Ltd (ABN 47 622 478 577), trading as Agentix Consulting (“we”, “us”), is a Sydney business. We build workflow automation for real estate agencies, called “rai”, and we run this website.

These terms cover:

  • use of this website; and
  • use of the rai console and the rai apps in Microsoft Teams and Slack by people at agencies that have a written agreement with us.

An agency uses rai under its own written agreement with us (a proposal or engagement letter with our standard terms). Where that agreement says something different from these terms, the agreement applies.

2. Using the website

The website gives general information about our services. It is not legal, compliance or financial advice, and you should not rely on it as such. The site may link to other websites; we do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

3. Using rai

  • Access is through your agency. Your agency decides who is invited to rai and can remove access at any time.
  • Keep your sign-in secure. Do not share your sign-in details, and tell your agency or us promptly if you think someone else has used them.
  • Acceptable use.You must not use rai for anything unlawful; try to access another agency’s data, or data your agency has not given you access to; interfere with, overload or disrupt the service, or try to get around its security; or copy, decompile or reverse engineer rai, except where the law allows it.
  • Suspension. We may suspend a person’s or an agency’s access where we reasonably need to, to protect the service, its data or other users. Where we can, we will tell the agency first and work with it to restore access.

4. Your responsibilities

The agency and its staff remain responsible for meeting the laws that apply to them, for example the Property and Stock Agents Act 2002 (NSW) and the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth), and for the decisions their people approve. rai’s checks and document readings are there to help. They do not replace professional judgement or legal advice.

5. AI and automated features

Checks in rai are fixed rules set up for the agency. AI is used to:

  • find the relevant text in a document (the quoted text is then copied by software, not typed by the AI);
  • draft text, such as a report or advertising wording;
  • give an advisory assessment of whether each requirement appears to be met. This assessment never ticks a requirement or approves anything; and
  • only if an agency turns it on after validation, act as a second reviewer. As a second reviewer it can agree with a person’s check or send an item back to a person, but it never approves anything on its own.

Decisions that affect people are made by the agency’s people or by settings the agency’s principal has chosen. The principal chooses, step by step, which lower-risk steps can run without a person, within limits rai sets. Some steps always need a person and cannot be changed, for example due diligence where screening returns a match, the matter is rated high risk or cash of A$10,000 or more is involved, and drafts of reports to AUSTRAC, which only the agency’s compliance officer can decide. The agency can see these settings and their change history. Every approval is recorded with the name of the person who made it, or the agency setting that applied.

6. Data and privacy

Our privacy policyexplains what personal information we collect, how rai handles it and where it is held. The agency’s agreement with us sets out how we handle the agency’s data.

The agency’s data belongs to the agency. When an agency’s agreement ends, it receives a full export of its records, and we delete them from rai within 30 days, except where we must keep something to meet a legal obligation. Backups are overwritten on our normal backup cycle.

7. Intellectual property

The rai software, this website and our content belong to us or our licensors. Using them does not transfer any ownership to you. The agency’s documents, records and content remain the agency’s; we use them only to provide the service to that agency.

8. Availability and changes to the service

We aim to keep rai available and working well, but we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors. We may update, add or change features over time. We will give an agency notice of material changes as set out in its agreement.

9. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes any right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law, or any other law, that cannot lawfully be excluded, restricted or changed.

10. Liability

To the extent the law allows:

  • for use of rai, our liability is limited as set out in the agency’s agreement with us; and
  • for use of this website without an agreement with us, our liability is limited to supplying the information again.

11. Changes to these terms, governing law and contact

We may update these terms from time to time and will show the date of the latest version at the top of this page. Material changes for agencies are also notified under the agency’s agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and the courts of New South Wales have jurisdiction.

Questions about these terms go to Will Po, Agentix Consulting, through the contact form.
