Agentix Consulting (Pomacs Consortium Pty Ltd, ABN 47 622 478 577) does not send unsolicited bulk email, and does not allow anyone else to send email promoting agentixconsulting.com.au or our services on our behalf. That includes affiliates, partners, list providers and any other third party.

How we use email

  • We send one-to-one email, written by a person, to people we have spoken with, who have contacted us, or who have asked us for information.
  • We do not buy, rent or use email lists, and we do not send email campaigns.
  • Every email identifies who it is from and how to reach us, and you can ask us to stop at any time by replying and asking us to stop. We act on it promptly, as the Spam Act 2003 (Cth) requires.
